RECOMMENDED：Suitable for 3 years old and above. Suitable to drink 1 soup bag per day.
Ingredients: Poria Cocos, Yu Zhu, Red Date, Sarawak White Pepper Corn, Goji, Codonopsis, Chinese Yam, Dried Longan, Ligusticum Wallichii, Himalayan Rock Salt and Natural Seasoning.
How to Use: Put one bag into thermos. Add in 250-300ml boiling water and wait for 1-2 hours. Shake well and serve hot.
Storage Instruction: Recommended to refrigerate or keep in a cool dry place after opening.
