Direction of use：Mix one sachet (3gm) of Constant C3 with one glass of 150ml hot water. One hour after meal (Breakfast and Dinner), twice a day.

Or can boil the 1 sachet of C3 (3gm) with 300 ml water. Once boiled, simmer for 10 min and its done.

After Constant C3 being prepared for the first time, can we re-boil the same tea bag of Constant C3 for the 2nd time?

For the first boiled, about 300 to 400 ml of water is mixed into the Constant C3 tea bag in a stainless steel pot or porcelains pot. Once it is boiled, reduce the heat or fire to simmer the mixture for 10 minutes. For the 2nd boil, about 500 ml to 1 litre of water can be used. Once it is boiled, just continue to simmer the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes.

There is some left over of powder during preparing of Constant C3 in the pot, can we consume the residue?

CONSTANT C3 powder is very fine and the powder may be seen in the sachet or in the pot after preparing it. Yes. The left over powder can be taken as all are spices and vegetables, which already treated and safe to consumed.

What will those ingredients like lemon grass, clove, fenugreek and ginger do for us?

Those ingredients will be able to promote internal organ circulation and overall health (the heart, lungs, liver, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, intestines, ovaries, uterus and testicles). They are also very important for anti-inflammatory and antioxidant.

Can we consume more than 1 glass each time or drink Constant C3 whenever and wherever we are? Anything that we should be cautious whilst drinking Constant C3? Is there any problem if taking Constant C3 in longer term?

Constant C3 consist of lemon grass, clove, fenugreek, ginger and rice powder. All ingredients are food base and each sachet has 10 grams. The fully prepared Constant C3 mixture can be taken more than 1 grass each time and we can drink Constant C3 anytime and anywhere we want. Taking Constant C3 in longer term will not affect our body systems. In addition, it will support good combination of food ingredient to achieve healthy lifestyles. For some people who are taking medication, may feel body is warmer after drinking Constant C3. In this case, more water (must be boiled) should be consumed and while preparing Constant C3 mixture, more water can be used to mix, the Constant C3 mixture will be less concentrated but it will still provide good food combination to our body system.

Can we take Constant C3 when we are taking other medicine?

CONSTANT C3 is a combination of various food ingredients and it does not consist of any medicine nor drugs. Therefore, it should not be any issues to take Constant C3 as long as Constant C3 and medicines are taken separately with interval of around 20 to 30 minutes. However, if he/she has any doubt, it is always good to seek advice from their doctors.

Can CONSTANT C3 be used to cure diseases?

CONSTANT C3 is not to design as medicine. It is originated from spices which always emphasize on well-balanced nutrients and achieve healthy body system. . All ingredients is to help patients to relief from the side effects of medications/medical treatment, support faster recovery process and prepare the body system for self-healing and rejuvenation properties. We advise patients to continue taking their medications or consult a doctor for proper treatment.

  • Refund process will take within  15 days. Please check with us for before you place any order.

  • No refund on issue for example on situations : change of mind or just don't like the item. But, we are willing to help on you on exchange depends on term and condition.
  • Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items (apart from sale items) within 7 days of receipt date for a refund of that item. Any lateness will not be entertained and item(s) will be returned back to the customers.

  • We recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.

  • No cancellation or full refund in the event of customer miss out to use the promotion code. 

What if I received a damaged?

( this term not including SALE ITEM , as-is or any item we already mentioned there is minimal defect in product details )

Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged. 

  1. Please email us using the contact us form or email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
  2. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving. 
  3. NO REFUND. Only exchange, this is to avoid worn item returns and want a money back. Please check with us for further info.
  4. Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value or higher.
  5. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
  6. we shall refund you the full amount upon confirmation of error on our part to protect our customers’ interests.

For the items to be eligible for a return and exchange, they will have to meet these requirements:

  • The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.
  • If there are price differences between the returned and new item, e.g: original RM49, new RM59; the charges applicable is  Total Value + 10% restocking fees + postage (minimum RM8). 
  • You may change to different product with same value or lesser ( the balance will not be refunded)
  • You can exchange to higher value but you need to topup
  • Shipping cost have to be born by you in and out. 
  • All item must be packed in original condition. 
  • Once the item has been posted out, please update us with the tracking number.
  • Do inform us of the item you wish to exchange it with.
