Grounding Patchouli Essential Oil contains a chemical compound sesquiterpene hydrocarbons which helps to kill off bacteria and reduce inflammation, while musky Cedarwood Essential Oil which has been characterised as warm and comforting, will inevitably promote relaxation. Additionally, with the refreshing Peppermint Essential Oil freshen indoors environments.In the midst of all the musky and earthy tones Ylang Ylang Essential Oil will stand out by providing its aromatic profile of a floral and slightly fruity scent.

Usage: Aromatically: 3 to 6 drops per 100ml of water in a mist diffuser.

Topically: Mix with a carrier oil at 0.5% to 5% dilution ratio and apply on the area of concern.

Parch Test: For first time use of an essential oil, a safe practice is to place a drop of diluted essential oil to a small area of skin such as the inside elbow. After application, verify that you do not experience any adverse reactions during the first 24 hours, such as skin irritation, headache, nausea,respiratory complaints or dizziness.

Storage: Always store in dark glass bottle (preferably amber) and ina cool and dark place away from heat and sunlight.
