Placed my first order for 2 packs on the 16th August and received it on the 23rd .I am well impressed with the speed of delivery considering its from the other side of the world .My husband is on his 3rd day of taking for his asthmatic cough and he seems to be coughing less .My daughter is on her 2nd day for continuous sinus problems no change yet but its still early days Both said how easy the capsules are to swallow .Will keep you updated as time prgresses .So far all very pleased
have been using it for many years. a very good product to keep at home

在office喝真的很方便，不用花时间煲，用熱水浸泡3-5分鐘就可以了。也沒有那種臭臭的中藥味，微甜好喝<br /> 而且改善了我多年来的手脚冰冷和经痛腰酸的问题～ 贊贊贊
