For shipping, we strictly use Heavy-Duty Bubble Wrap and a sturdy Protective Outer Carton to pack your gift, minimizing the risk of impact during transit. While logistics conditions are beyond our full control, we do our very best to protect your heartfelt gift.

3. What if the products inside are damaged upon receipt?

Rest assured, this rarely happens. However, to protect your rights, if you find any damage upon receiving the parcel, please take a photo and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will verify the situation immediately and provide a satisfactory solution (replacement or compensation) to ensure a worry-free gifting experience.

5. How long does delivery take? Can I self-pickup?

Delivery within the Klang Valley usually takes 3-5 working days; outstation areas and East Malaysia take 5-7 working days (subject to logistics traffic). If you need it urgently, you can schedule a Self-Pickup at our Seri Kembangan warehouse. Since logistics are extremely busy during the Chinese New Year period, we highly recommend placing your order early to lock in the stock.

6. Will the recipient see the invoice or price tag?

No. Please rest assured that all invoices/receipts will only be emailed to you (the sender). The gift box parcel will not contain any physical invoice or price tags, allowing you to send gifts to friends, family, or clients without any awkwardness.

7. Can I include a personalized message for the recipient?

Yes! At the website Checkout Page, you can write your message in the "Remark" column. We will print it on a beautiful greeting card and send it along with the Gift Box to convey your sincere wishes.

9. Will the driver call before delivery?

I want to give them a surprise. Usually, the courier will call the recipient to confirm the address or availability. To ensure the gift is delivered successfully, please ensure the recipient's contact number is correct. While it might spoil the "surprise" slightly, it ensures your gift doesn't get returned or delayed!
