1. Can this hamper be delivered to areas outside of the Klang Valley (KL & Selangor)?

Absolutely! Although our fulfillment center is located in Seri Kembangan, the hamper is available for delivery throughout West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia).

Delivery coverage includes: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Klang, Shah Alam, Penang, Johor Bahru, Ipoh, Melaka (West Malaysia only). No matter where your recipient is located, we will ensure your warm wishes are delivered safely via our professional logistics partners.

2. Will the bird's nest or glass bottles inside the hamper break during shipping?

Please rest assured. Bai Zi Gui has extensive experience in packing hampers. For outstation delivery, we specially reinforce the hampers using "Heavy-Duty Air Cushion Bubble Film." This professional-grade packaging provides 360° protection for the glass bottles inside, ensuring the products arrive in perfect condition.

3. What should I do if the hamper arrives damaged?

Please don't worry, this is extremely rare. However, to guarantee your peace of mind, if you discover any damage upon receipt, please take a photo and contact our customer service within 24 hours. We will verify the situation immediately and provide a satisfactory solution to ensure your gifting experience is worry-free.

4. Can I order this hamper in bulk as a Corporate Gift?

5. How long does delivery take?

Can I choose to Self-Pickup? Delivery within the Klang Valley usually takes 3-5 working days; Outstation areas typically take 5-7 working days. If you need the hamper urgently, you can also schedule an appointment for Self-Pickup at our Seri Kembangan warehouse.

Important Note: Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas or specific islands (e.g., Cameron Highlands, Langkawi, Pangkor Island). Due to the high volume of logistics during the Chinese New Year period, we highly recommend placing your order early to secure stock.
