How to Use:
Prep your skin for your IPL treatment by shaving the treatment area.
Plug in device to a charging outlet.
Hold on the “Power” button to turn on device.
Select your mode and energy setting. (* Recommended to start with the first level for initial use.)
Wear goggles to protect your eyes. (*Do not face the device directly to eyes.)
Presh “Flash” button or set to “Automatic” mode to send pulses on treatment area. (* Place Sapphire Advanced Window onto skin to ensure adequate skin contact.)
Percautions Before Purchasing:
Do not use device onto darker areas of skin.
Limit direct sun exposure before treatment.
Shaving is required before treatment.
Start with Level 1 for initial use.
Check if Sapphire Advanced Window is in contact with directly when in treatment.
Do not use device in dark or low-light areas.
Wear googles at all times during treatment.
Always keep and use device out of direct sunlight. Long periods of direct sun exposure can damage the device.
Switch off device before unplugging from charging outlet.

What if I received a damaged?

Firstly, we apologise if the products received was damaged.

Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 3 days after receiving.
NO REFUND. Only exchange, this is to avoid worn item returns and want a money back. Please check with us for further info.
Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value or higher.
Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.

For the items to be eligible for a return and exchange, they will have to meet these requirements:
The item(s) to be exchanged must be notified and returned to us within one week of receiving it.
If there are price differences between the returned and new item, e.g: original RM49, new RM59; the charges applicable is Total Value + 10% restocking fees + postage (minimum RM8).
